New East Brunswick Loan

We snuck in one last loan settlement for 2022 – a first mortgage sub 60% LVR loan for the acquisition of a townhouse development site in East Brunswick, Melbourne.

East Brunswick is an inner-city Melbourne suburb located 5km north of the CBD and has a well-established townhouse market and a buzzing food and design scene.
