Credit Committee
The Credit Committee reviews and approves all loans before investment, ensuring compliance with Woodbridge’s lending policy, disciplined underwriting standards, and alignment with investor objectives and portfolio risk management.
Responsible Investment and ESG Committee
The ESG Committee considers environmental, social, and governance issues relevant to all investment activities, supporting Woodbridge’s leadership in responsible investment practices and commitment to sustainable, ethical outcomes.
Compliance Committee

Equity Trustees Limited, a subsidiary of EQT Holdings Limited, which is a public company listed on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX: EQT), provides responsible entity services to Woodbridge. Established as a trustee and executorial service provider by a special Act of the Victorian Parliament in 1888, today Equity Trustees is a dynamic financial services institution which continues to grow the breadth and quality of products and services on offer.

Alter Domus

Woodbridge has partnered with Alter Domus for the administration of our Australian and New Zealand loan portfolio and investor data-room. Alter Domus is a fully integrated provider of third-party middle office, fund and corporate services to alternative investment managers and has USD $1.6 trillion in assets under administration. They service 26 of the top 30 largest private credit managers globally.

Hub Property Group

Woodbridge has partnered with Hub Property Group for construction advisory, due diligence and loan monitoring services for our Australian loan portfolio. Hub is a fully integrated development manager, project manager and superintendent comprising a team of over 24 property professionals who have overseen in excess of $1 billion in projects across Australia.

‘Woodbridge has partnered with MPM Projects for construction advisory, due diligence and loan monitoring services for our New Zealand loan portfolio. MPM is one of New Zealand\’s leading independent project management firms with a team of 20+ employees with a wealth of experience across construction management, building, quantity surveying, architectural design and engineering.
