Igniting Change
Igniting Change is a deliberately tiny charity, passionate about sparking big, positive change for people doing it tough in our communities. We listen and stay open minded. We value the voices of people who have lived experience, whose diverse backgrounds enrich our perspective. Bridging the gap that separates people experiencing problems from those who are in a position to help can be life changing for everyone. Most of the courageous groups and individuals we support are tackling tough, entrenched, often unpopular issues and struggle to attract funding.

The Gutsy Group
Our vision is to raise funds for medical research to develop improved treatment of, and eventually a cure for both Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis, which together comprise the inflammatory bowel diseases, known as ‘IBD’. In order to fulfil this vision, our primary objective is to ensure that The Gutsy Group has the financial capacity to continue to fund discrete research projects linked to the ultimate goal of finding a cure for Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis and improving the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of it in the process.

Big Group Hug aims to tackle child poverty. We help vulnerable children who are living in crisis by distributing essential items in times of need. We’re committed to supporting every young family who asks for help while ensuring that the child remains the focus of everything we do. Early childhood is a critical time for a child’s emotional, mental and physical development. If they do not have what they need to learn, grow, and feel connected, it can have a significant outcome on their development and future health, well-being, and employment outcomes.
