Our approach to corporate governance is designed to promote transparency and excellence in our decision making for the protection of investors, borrowers, employees and stakeholder interests.

  • Advisory Board

    The Advisory Board brings together a group of industry leaders providing knowledge, critical thinking and analysis to enhance Woodbridge’s investment strategy.

  • Credit Committee

    The Credit Committee has the primary responsibility to review and approve all loans prior to investment including ensuring the loan complies with Woodbridge’s lending policy.

  • Investment Committee

    The Investment Committee is responsible for overseeing the evaluation of potential new loans and ensuring that all new loans have been vigorously researched and tested for portfolio suitability including market risk, asset risk, borrower risk and compliance with our ESG policy.

  • ESG Committee

    The ESG Committee is responsible for considering environmental, social and governance issues relevant to our investment activities and supporting the business in being a leader in ESG performance.

  • Hub Property Group

    Hub Property Group provide independent due diligence and ongoing project management of our loan portfolio. Hub is a fully integrated development manager, project manager and superintendent comprising a team of over 24 property professionals who have overseen in excess of $1 billion in projects across Australia.
