It’s not something we would normally shout about, because for us, independent fund audits are simply part of doing things properly. But in the current investment environment, transparency matters.

Did you know that that all of Woodbridge’s funds are independently audited, including our retail fund which is audited every 6 months?

We do this because we believe investors in private credit should be able to ask:

– Is the fund independently audited?
– Who audits it?
– Are the financial statements available to investors?
– And what did the audit find?

We’re proud of the governance, processes and controls behind our funds, and equally proud to have them independently signed off.

That’s what transparency in private markets looks like.
