Woodbridge Capital is delighted to welcome James Pearson as a non-executive member on our ESG Committee.

James is Director of ESG at CBRE and has a strong background in environmental and sustainability having worked extensively in commercial real estate in both Australia and the United Kingdom. James has a Master of Science specialising in Sustainable Environmental Development from Kingston University in London.

James’s appointment to Woodbridge's ESG Committee further strengthens our capability in this space and reaffirms our commitment to bring awareness and transparency of ESG issues in Private Credit.

All of our loans go through an ESG integrated investment process and a negative screen to ensure they align with our ESG and responsible investment framework.
