Woodbridge Capital establishes itself as a top emerging investment manager and non-bank lender in Australia and New Zealand.
Woodbridge Capital has earned an inaugural favourable star rating for their senior secured (1st mortgage only) private credit fund from leading investment research house, SQM Research.
SQM Research considered key elements within its assessment including product strategies, executive management, corporate governance, investment team and investment process, fund performance, investment market outlook, investment risks and fee structures.
SQM Research rates the fund as approved investment grade and should be considered for inclusion on APL’s.
They also noted that they have a positive outlook on the rating as the fund gains further recognition on building the business, and highlighted management’s experienced and investment-grade quality.
Andrew Torrington, Managing Director of Woodbridge Capital, said “Our continued focus on senior secured (1st mortgage) investments, capital preservation and investor transparency continues to provide our investors with high single digit returns with monthly income in our Woodbridge Private Credit Fund”.
“This rating is a reflection of our robust framework for loan origination, filtering, due diligence, negative screen, ESG integration and portfolio management which is driven by the collective insight and experience of our investment team”.
