We recently achieved financial close on a loan for a land holding in New Zealand's North Island.

The property is located approximately 1 hour from of Auckland near a popular beachside holiday destination for Aucklanders and tourists who are drawn by the white sandy beaches and coastal recreational amenities on offer.
