Woodbridge Capital settled a new 1st mortgage loan this week for a residential development site in Tarneit, Melbourne.
Tarneit is connected to Melbourne’s western growth corridor and is the largest growth corridor in Melbourne with a 42% share of residential land sales in Q4 2022 and 74% of the buyers being owner occupiers according to RPM Data.
Melbourne’s strongest growth corridor is expected to continue to receive strong interest from buyers with the corridor experiencing reduced supply with active residential estates down by 14% in the past twelve months and rapidly increasing overseas migration.
