New Diggers Rest Loan

Woodbridge Capital settled a new 1st mortgage loan this week for a residential development site in Diggers Rest, Melbourne. The site benefits from being located within the significant Sunbury South Precinct Structure Plan (PSP) that is approved.

The PSP benefits from easy connectivity to the Calder Freeway, the North-West’s main arterial road and HomeCo Rosenthal that is anchored by a full-line Woolworths supermarket.

A new metro station is planned for the Sunbury South PSP to account for growth within Sunbury and meet the demand of an increased population and future demand for public transport. The station will provide direct access to the CBD.
