New Valuation Standards Effective from 1 February 2025.

At Woodbridge Capital, all loans in the portfolio have a valuation prepared by an independent, qualified and registered valuer.

And effective from this month, all of our valuations will now include ESG considerations in line with the new International Valuation Standards (IVS).

Key points about the IVS ESG 2025 changes:

🔘 Valuers must consider ESG factors material to the valuation of each asset.

🔘 Valuers must integrate ESG factors into existing valuation approaches, including market comparisons, where relevant.

🔘 Valuers must use their professional judgement to determine which ESG factors are relevant and how to incorporate them into the valuation process.
