As part of our commitment to responsible investment, we offer interest rate discounts for borrowers who obtain an independent energy rating for their property during their loan term — a 0.05% discount for a 4-star energy rating, a 0.10% discount for a 5-star energy rating, and 0.15% discount for a 6-star energy rating.
We accept ratings from recognised providers, including NABERS and Green Star.
All loans are subject to Woodbridge’s Responsible Investment and ESG Policy.
