Nick Reardon
Head of Origination
Nick Reardon is the Head of Origination at Woodbridge and is responsible for the growth strategy and origination of Woodbridge’s loan portfolio.
Nick has over 20 years’ experience working within the finance and property industry and has deep experience in the property industry across banking, non-bank lending, leasing and real estate broking. Nick is a strong relationship builder and leads with empathy and focus within a strong team environment.
Prior to joining Woodbridge, Nick was Relationship Director at Payton Capital where he was responsible for commercial real estate loan origination, and has also held senior roles at Commonwealth Bank, Freedom Finance Australia and Ludlow Thompson in London.
Nick holds a Masters of Business (Banking & Finance) from Monash University, a Bachelor of Arts (Police Studies and Politics) from Monash University and a Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking.
