The days of opaque private credit funds are numbered. Investors are calling for more transparency – and importantly, for the sector to grow and appeal to more retail investors, we need to deliver this.

Andrew Torrington, Co-Founder and Managing Director of Woodbridge Capital, spoke to The Australian about our recently launched $500 Million Woodbridge Secured Income Fund.

The fund is non-blended – it has a single loan type - first mortgage - and a single loan security type - asset backed. The fund is restricted from investing in other loan types and it’s much easier for investors to understand the fund’s true risk and return.
