Disability Housing Loan

We recently achieved financial close on a social impact loan with Disability Homes Investments (DSI) to fund their development of Specialist Disability Accommodation located in Cleveland, Brisbane.

The funding of modern and appropriately designed disability housing generates a positive social benefit for the community that addresses the current supply shortage of appropriate disability housing and will ensure improvements in the tenants housing experience.

Woodbridge’s Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) policy is focused on new opportunities to invest capital in emerging sectors that generate positive environmental or social impacts whilst delivering attractive risk adjusted returns for our investors.
