Woodbridge Capital's ESG Committee member James Pearson presented at REIV this week on ‘Shaping the Future of Sustainable Real Estate’.

James spoke about sustainability trends and tools shaping our built environment, CBRE’s research on the impact of NABERS and Green Star and development trends that translate to operational excellence.

James is Director – National Sustainability Manager for CBRE and holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Sustainable Environmental Development. He is a qualified NABERS, Green Star and CBD assessor with extensive knowledge of current and anticipated trends. Prior to CBRE, James worked for JLL in Canberra and London.
